In many cases a portrait shoot can be scheduled within a few days to two weeks, depending on availability. For urgent assignments I look at short-notice options — feel free to get in touch.

No, especially then. Most people are not models and feel uncomfortable on camera. During the shoot I guide you calmly with clear direction on posture and expression. The goal is a natural portrait that looks professional, without a stiff or forced appearance.

An individual session usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. For teams or multiple employees I allow 15 to 20 minutes per person, depending on the number of images and locations. We plan enough time so no one feels rushed.

Choose clothing that fits your professional image: calm colours, simple patterns and a well-fitting outfit. Avoid large logos or distracting prints. Bring a second outfit if you like. I am happy to advise beforehand on what works best for your sector and purpose.

On location (e.g. your office in The Hague, outdoors in the city) or in a studio environment in the region. For teams I regularly come on site with a mobile studio setup. Together we choose what best suits the desired look.

Portraits are used for LinkedIn, websites, presentations, press material, annual reports and internal communications. Images are delivered in high resolution for print and optimised versions for web and social media.

After the shoot I make a careful selection and professionally retouch the final images. You usually receive the photos within one business day via a secure download link (Google Drive). For larger series delivery may take slightly longer — we agree this in advance.

Yes, for the agreed usage (website, LinkedIn, publications, internal communications). Usage rights are set out in the quote. Extended usage — e.g. for advertising or large print runs — can be arranged by agreement.

A LinkedIn headshot is specifically optimised for the LinkedIn format: sharp appearance, neutral background and composition that works well in a small profile circle. I offer both; often one session produces images suitable for both purposes.

You receive images digitally in JPEG (high quality, suitable for web and print) via a download link. On request I also deliver TIFF or other formats. All images are professionally retouched and ready for immediate use.
