The Hague, as the international city of Peace and Justice, is a unique setting for high-end events — from political conferences at the World Forum to diplomatic receptions on Lange Voorhout. As an event photographer in The Hague, I capture these gatherings with an eye for atmosphere, substance and the moments that truly matter.
Previously I photographed, among others, the FS-ISAC Summit at World Forum, events for DNHK, TU Delft and BTG, and diplomatic gatherings at embassies in The Hague.
My work as an event photographer in the Hague region is representative and substantively strong. I understand that discretion is often just as important as the image itself. My experience at the top of concert photography (including at Paard and for Mojo) forms the basis of my approach. It has taught me to anticipate unexpected moments and challenging lighting quickly. I bring that sharpness to your business event. Where concerts are about energy, that experience translates into calm, overview and perfect timing for corporate assignments. For team or speaker portraits alongside the event I also work as a portrait photographer in The Hague; for office reports and branding as a business photographer in The Hague.
The Hague is my home base. I know the venues, logistics and specific dynamics of the city like no other. As an event photographer I am flexible for both short press moments in the city and full-day programmes. My central location often allows me to respond quickly to current events.
An assignment starts with a short briefing: the purpose of the images, the programme, the venue and who is the internal contact. We then align on a run-of-day — from keynotes and press moments to the networking reception — so I know where to be without disrupting the programme. Afterwards you get a fast first selection for LinkedIn or news, followed by the full, edited set.
Booking goes via contact. Whether you are a multinational, international organisation or local team: The Hague is my base, so I know the logistics of World Forum, Fokker Terminal and embassies, and can respond quickly to current moments.

An initial selection can often be delivered the same day or within 24 hours — ideal for social media, newsletters and press releases. The full retouched set usually follows within two to five business days, depending on event size. Rush delivery is available by arrangement.
Yes, as an event photographer in The Hague I have extensive experience at venues including World Forum, Fokker Terminal and embassies. I know the logistics of large venues and work discreetly and effectively without disrupting the programme.
For smaller events and single-track one-day conferences one photographer is usually enough. For larger congresses with multiple rooms, parallel sessions or a large audience I recommend a second photographer so no key moments are missed.
Yes. I move unobtrusively through the space, use silent shutters where possible and never block speaker and audience. The event should run undisturbed; you mainly notice my presence afterwards in the quality of the images.
It depends on duration and programme. For a half day you typically receive 80 to 150 retouched images; for a full day or conference 150 to 300 or more. We agree in advance on volume and which moments have priority.
Yes. Besides high-resolution images for print and archive I deliver optimised versions for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters and press releases. A quick first selection can be delivered the same day for live posting during the event.
